Butler Baseball League Picnic Saturday, August 9th 2007 Alameda Pool 7:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Reminder: Please mark your calendars for our league picnic. The league is hosting an evening picnic at Alameda Pool. All Butler Baseball & Softball players, parents and siblings are welcome to attend! The event will include a pool side movie and full use of the pool facilities.

Details as follows:

The league will provide pizza, all paper products and ice Please help us by bringing the following items per your last name: A through H: Drinks (soda, juice, bottled water, etc…) I through P: Snacks (chips, pretzels, your favorite homemade dip, etc…) Q through Z: Deserts Special Note: The Park does not permit glassware inside the pool area. Please make sure to use alternative containers for all food items. RSVP: Please RSVP via email to ldpatten@zoominternet.net by Wednesday, August 6th so we can prepare our pizza order accordingly.
